I make things ship
I don't just design
I make things ship
I work end-to-end — from the first research session to the shipped product — partnering with product, engineering, and leadership to make sure the right problem gets solved the right way.
I own the full design process — not just the screens. Discovery, flows, prototypes, testing, iteration, handoff. I stay in it until the product ships and works for real people.
I design for AI the way it should be designed — invisibly. Machine intelligence embedded into workflows without adding cognitive load, so people feel supported, not replaced.
I go to where the users are. Store floors, factories, deli counters. Real environments, real constraints. I turn messy field research into crisp design decisions that teams actually trust.
Design doesn't ship itself. I speak the language of product and business — translating user needs into outcomes that leadership cares about, and keeping teams aligned from kickoff through launch.

Field research at Walmart — listening to associates in their environment, not a conference room
I partner with product, engineering, and leadership from day one — not just at the handoff. Every decision I make is traceable back to user research or business impact. Sometimes both.
I've done this at companies with 1.6M users and 18M customers. I know how to work fast without cutting corners, and how to push back on the right things.
